Attorney Caitlin M. Erchick

Attorney Caitlin Erchick works in the firm’s Zantac, Astroworld, and Farxiga litigation. She has also worked on Clergy Abuse cases. Ms. Erchick has extensive experience evaluating and analyzing medical literature and medical records. At the University of Texas Medical Practice Branch at Galveston, she researched and analyzed complex healthcare matters. She also assisted a compliance team with internal investigations by evaluating protocols and informed consent forms.

At the University of Houston Law Center’s Journal of Health Law & Policy, she was an assistant articles editor. At UH-Law, she also earned a Texas Health Law conference scholarship in 2018.

Ms. Erchick also worked in a Residency program at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital in the Department of Medicine. There in 2013 she received a “Spirit Value – Integrity” award for working according to the highest ethical standards.
