With the negativity on behalf of this law firm called Matthews & Associates, as they handle thousands of cases a year, not only yours, and have to follow your state's federal policies, laws, etc., regarding payments—which slows down their process in getting you funds, etc.! I too thought I was going to be stuck in the middle of nowhere with them, especially after reading all the 1-star comments, but I can now confirm that it is all rubbish, as M&A do answer their phone calls, texts, and emails. They are a great law firm overall. 10/10.

I just want to say that due to the reviews of this business, I almost gave up on my husband's case, and it gave my husband such terrible mental anguish thinking he was being duped, but the attorneys did not give up on us.
We worked with Conrad, and every single time I contacted him, he answered or called back within 24 hours to a voicemail. He was clear and straightforward with the entire process. I called several times in the past 90 days to get updates, clarifications, and reassurance.
Conrad has been crystal clear with the time frame, the legal proceedings, and I'm happy to say that we got the entire settlement amount in a check today—earlier than the complete 90-day time frame he originally said.
Our case was a lot easier to settle due to there not being any medical liens to have to pay on, but the whole process was more seamless than I would have thought.
My advice moving forward is to just take the leap and try not to let the negative reviews muddle you down. Every situation and case is different. There are unforeseen circumstances that could alter what causes a settlement to not be so cut and precise.

Matthews and Associates has been a phenomenal organization. They will not gaslight you to keep you appeased. When they find out things, they don't leave you hanging. When I asked them how long it would take to get to a resolution on the case, they told me a period of honest time, and everything has been according to the timeframe stated by them. Don't keep calling all the time, as they will not tell fairytale times, they are extremely efficient when the answer does come in from the company or individual being sued. They have gone through great measures to get me what they could along the way. I highly recommend them as it took a 1 1/2 years to get to the point of movement but I was never left out of the loop.
